Pastured Pork Wine & Honey Sausage (Links)

It's time for a more refined sausage for the wine connoisseurs. Finally, a sausage that can get equal grill space with a beer brat. Our new wine and honey sausages incorporate semi-sweet muscadine wine from Still Pond Winery and wildflower honey from our on-farm apiary, expertly blended into our pasture-raised pork to create a unique flavor with a White Oak Pastures flare to it!

Ingredients: Pastured Pork, Honey, Muscadine Wine, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Spices (including Fennel and Black Pepper), Red Crushed Pepper, Packed in Natural Pork Casing. (Wine contains sulfites)
